  • Wooden blocks are hand-carved by our skilled craftsmen, each block designed for a specific part of the motif.

  • Artisans use these blocks to print layer by layer, aligning each impression with perfection. Multiple blocks are used to build the overall design.

  • Fabrics are dyed with natural colours made from indigo, madder root, turmeric, pomegranate, and more. Each dye bath takes hours of soaking and fixing.

  • Washed & sun-dried after every stage to bring out the rich, deep hues.

  • The cycle repeats until the design reaches perfection.

This process takes 2–3 weeks, making our every Ajrakh dress a true labour of love, hardwork and tradition.
