Refund policy

 

 

We accept size exchanges and returns on non-sale items within 7 days of you receiving the shipment. A reverse pickup facility from your shipping address is available as per our delivery partner availability. 

 

Exchange & Return Process -

  • To raise a request, email customercare@nilamind.com or phone/WhatsApp us at +91-8979733011 or you can also simply do it on our website.
  • Exchange can be placed within 7days from the order delivery date
  • Size exchanges are available as long as the product is available. 
  • We will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours.
  • Re-use the original packaging, including the cloth bag, for proper care and protection.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with labels and tags intact. They must be unused, unwashed, unspoiled, and free of stains or damages.
  • Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for size exchange or return.
  • If products are used or not in condition, we will not be able to initiate for refund. 
  • Return method is instore.

Refund Policy -

  • A reverse shipping fees, currently it's free of cost on return requests.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value.
  • Approved Refund will be initiated as per primary mode of order or payment. 
  • Refund processing time is between 3-7 days

Sale or Discount Policy - 

  • Size Exchanges/Returns are allowed 
  • There is no Restocking fee

Missing or Damage Policy - 

  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
  • You will need to provide photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel.
  • Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.

 

Cancellation Policy - 

  • Cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not been shipped.
  • Customers can cancel orders within 2 hours of placing them.
  • We cannot accept cancellation requests once the order has been shipped.
